Events for the week of December 1st

The  Bristol Eastern football team brought home the bell again this year for the eighth year in a row!  We will be celebrating with a rally tomorrow, Monday, December 1st at the end of the day.  Here is the schedule:

Students who normally have early dismissal during 7/8 will not be allowed to leave and then return to the building.  If they'd like to stay for the rally, students with early dismissal should report to the cafeteria during block 7/8 on Monday.  Again, for the safety of our students, we are limiting attendance to the rally to students only unless you have a ticket given out last week.

On Wednesday, students will have advisory, so students with late arrival, please be sure to check Wednesday's schedule.

For parent events this week, Football Boosters will meet Monday at 6:30pm in the library.  Governance Council will meet Thursday after school at 2:30pm in the library conference room.

Events for the Week of November 24th

This week, although a shortened one, is full of exciting and spirited opportunities for students!

This week we begin our twenty days of kindness campaign and each day we'll be reminding our students to do an act of kindness for one another.

Wednesday is a shortened day with dismissal at 12:06.  We will be hosting our annual traditional pep rally on Wednesday.  Please know that due to fire code and the safety of our current students, we are limiting attendance from the public.  We appreciate your shared concern and care for providing our students with a safe celebration of school spirit.

We plan on keeping the Bristol Bell at the annual Thanksgiving Day Football game, so please come out in your blue and grey and support our team.

For parent events this week, our Project Graduation committee will be meeting Tuesday, November 25th at 6:30pm in the library.

Events for the Week of November 17th

For student events this week, we have a free band concert on Wednesday evening at 7:00pm with the theme of a night at the movies.  Please support our band and bring your families to enjoy this event, which will include music from the movie the Incredibles and more.  On Thursday night at 7:00pm, our choir will perform another free concert.  It means a great deal to our performing arts groups to have a full audience, so again, please come to enjoy a concert with the theme of the history of music.

We will celebrate our Bristol Eastern family this Thursday at our annual Celebration of Family luncheon.  Our schedule is slightly altered for this celebration.  You can check your agenda,  our student handbook, or our website for the schedule.

For parent events this week, our football boosters will meet Tuesday at 6:30pm in the library.
